Biography/Details

Nicole graduated from Ðǿմ«Ã½ in 2017 with B.S. degrees in Biology and Chemistry. She then completed her doctoral research at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she investigated the roles of protein post-translational modifications in cellular stress responses and how calcium signaling regulates mitochondrial metabolism. Nicole earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology in 2024, and she has returned to Ðǿմ«Ã½ to teach general biology and cellular/molecular biology courses.
